“The winning team of the Burn Snowpark Rally 2011 Freeski Finals has chosen a very creative approach to the final mission ‘contrasts’. They have taken - with their modern digital camera – a picture of the viewfinder of an old analog camera. And the photographer Dominik Steindl pushed the release button in exactly that moment, when Thomas Pichler was doing nice freeski action just in front of the lens of the analog cam. By doing that, Dominik has frozen the riding in a very nice action shot and beyond captured the analog camera and the whole surrounding resulting in an awesome overall picture.”

“The winning crew of the Burn Snowpark Rally 2011 Snowboard Finals has accomplished the final mission ‘contrasts’ in a very creative way. Their photo has an awesome layout with beautiful lines that support the contrasts really well. We also like that they didn’t change the photo to black and white but kept the shades of blue in the contrasty background. Furthermore this crew even used the obstacle - which is actually a kicker - in a creative way. And the rider comes with great style! “
